Visionerf is a 35-year-old French company specializing in vision. We perform optical sorting with our Visiosort automated system and 3D vision with our Cirrus 3D sensor.
In our premises we have our design office, technical department, manufacturing department, and sales department.
We manufacture our own sensors in our premises near Cholet (49).
Our sensors, using stereoscopic vision, enable localization, identification of parts, control, inspection (presence, absence), metrology.
The sensor is software agnostic, which allows us to search the market for the software best suited to the application.
We are present in the automotive, agricultural, defense, aeronautical sectors….

Our design office developed and created the Cirrus 3D sensor. We use an integrated FPGA that generates the point cloud live within the sensor and then sends it to an external controller where the software processes the point cloud according to the application. We offer two sensor models: a laser scanner where the object is stationary and the laser scans the scene to create a point cloud, and a conveyor version where the laser is stationary and the object moves along a conveyor. Our seven sensor sizes have different working areas, ranging from 100x120mm up to 3mx4m.
